GOOD EVEN WITHOUT SAUCE

Goodness starts from the seed and can be enjoyed in every dish

Thanks to the certified supply chain, the entire production process is constantly monitored. The Raguso family, farmers for generations, sow and cultivate wheat on their land in Puglia and Basilicata, two areas particularly suited for the best Italian wheat.

Every step is guarded. The grinding takes place according to artisanal methods with times and temperatures that respect the nature of the raw material. At the end of the production process the pasta is processed and dried slowly in a natural way so as to protect its organoleptic properties. This is the only way we know to offer excellent pasta that tastes like wheat, good pasta even without sauce.

A FAMILY STORY

The history of the Raguso family is agriculture: our work is born from the seeds, quality originates from the process.

The Raguso pasta factory is a project born 10 years ago. A family of farmers for three generations decided to produce quality pasta, exclusively grinding the wheat from their own lands. Mission accomplished!

The goodness of our pasta is in the seed of our wheat, in the care we reserve for each process: from harvesting to grinding, from drawing - strictly bronze - to drying. Starting from 2020 Pasta Raguso has obtained the Zero Residue certification.
