AGRICULTURAL CIRCULAR PASTA FACTORY

The experience, knowledge, passion and meticulousness of our supply chain determine its excellence. We are the supply chain: all our products come from our lands or from areas not more than 60km away from our company. The cultivation of ancient grains and the circularity of fertilizers is something we believe in. We carefully check each product, we know every player in the supply chain: excellence for us is a family matter.

OUR RECIPE

We grow directly the wheat used, including Senator Cappelli, in our lands. We have been farmers for generations: controlling the process - respectful for the environment - makes our pasta special. Respecting the land means respecting the consumer.

All the waste deriving from the cultivation of wheat (stubble, straw, grinding residues ...) is used as feed for our cattle breeding in the wild or as biomass (for the production of biogas). That’s not all ... we used farm residues as natural fertilizer.

I00% WHEAT OF APULIA AND BASILICATA

We sow our campaigns and take care of them personally. Our grains are always collected and ground here, between Puglia and Basilicata. Here they become pasta: good, even without sauce.
