Our pasta is crafted in the innovative agricultural pasta factory, situated in the heart of the historic Raguso family farm - 2,000 square meters, where our master pasta makers convert semolina and water into Pasta Raguso.
The bronze drawing process which enhances the porosity and texture of our pasta, combined with the slow drying on frames, according to traditional methods, that helps to preserve the organoleptic properties of the wheat is the secret behind the excellence of our product.
The result is a pasta with the authentic taste of wheat, easier to digest, with exceptional firmness during cooking.

THE RAGUSO METHOD
Each year, we select only the finest wheat varieties, based on high qualitative standards such as protein content, test weight, absence of white points, gluten index, and yellow index — developed in collaboration with leading seed producers.
We harvest our wheat at full maturity, without the use of glyphosate, employing next-generation machinery that allows real-time analysis of grain moisture and key quality indicators. Yields are monitored via satellite and all data is recorded on blockchain for full traceability.
The milling process follows artisanal methods, starting with stone dehulling at controlled times and temperatures that respect the natural integrity of the grain — allowing us to produce pasta with the authentic flavor of wheat.
