We are the supply chain: all our products come from our lands or from areas not more than 60km away from our company, we strongly believe in the circularity of fertilizers and in the cultivation of ancient grains. OUR RECIPE
Our commitment to the environment
The wheat used, including Senator Cappelli, is grown directly by us, in our lands. We have been farmers for generations: the control of the process - respectful of the environment - makes our pasta special. Respecting the land means respecting the consumer.
All the waste deriving from the cultivation of wheat (stubble, straw, grinding residues ...) are used as feed for our cattle breeding in the wild or as biomass (for the production of biogas). That's not all ... the farm residues are used as natural fertilizer.

We know and appreciate every player in our supply chain, offering adequate remuneration: agriculture is the pillar of a more humane economy.
The concept of Agriculture 4.0 is central to the quality control and management of the productive treatments of Pasta Raguso: satellite maps, prescription maps and digital systems allow us to optimize the use of fertilizers - different for each type of soil present in the our fields - and pesticides.
