Pasta Raguso is a project born over 10 years ago.
Mirko and Antonio, farmers for three generations, began producing premium-quality dry pasta using only the wheat grown on their own lands between Apulia and Basilicata.
The goodness of our pasta lies in the seed of our wheat and in the care we devote to every step of the process: from selecting the finest varieties to managing the fields sustainably, from sowing to harvesting, from milling to careful storage.
Every step reflects a tradition rooted in respect for the land, for people, and for true, authentic flavor.

I constantly monitored the production process thanks to the certified supply chain. The Raguso family sows and cultivates wheat in the lands it owns, between Puglia and Basilicata, two areas particularly appreciated for the quality of the wheat. The grinding takes place according to artisanal methods, which respect and enhance the raw material. The pasta is subjected to a slow natural drying to better preserve the organoleptic properties.


From the seed comes the wheat,
