The Raguso pasta factory is a project born 10 years ago. A family of farmers for three generations produced quality pasta, only grinding the wheat from their own lands. Mission accomplished!
The goodness of our pasta is in the seed of our wheat, in the care we reserve for each process: from harvesting to grinding, from drawing - strictly bronze - to drying.

I constantly monitored the production process thanks to the certified supply chain. The Raguso family sows and cultivates wheat in the lands it owns, between Puglia and Basilicata, two areas particularly appreciated for the quality of the wheat. The grinding takes place according to artisanal methods, which respect and enhance the raw material. The pasta is subjected to a slow natural drying to better preserve the organoleptic properties.
