The waste and by-products of wheat cultivation (stubble, straw, grinding residues, etc.) are used as feed for our cattle breeding in the wild or as biomass, for the production of biogas. It does not end there: the residues of the breeding are also used as natural fertilizer.

Agricultural production is cared for and controlled, a circular, sustainable and zero-residue project.

The wheat used, including Senator Cappelli, is grown directly by us, in our lands. We have been farmers for generations: the control of the process - respectful of the environment - makes our pasta special. Respecting the land means respecting the consumer.
